Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Brownies

 

 1 ½ cup butter

3 cups brown sugar

1 ½ cup peanut butter

3 eggs

3 Tbsp vanilla

3 cups flour

1 ½ tsp baking soda

¾ tsp salt

24 oz white chocolate

24 oz semi-sweet chocolate

3 cups chopped pecans 

Cream brown sugar and butter, stir in peanut butter, add beaten eggs and vanilla, add flour, baking soda and salt, add half of each chocolate and all pecans. Bake at 350 until done (test with toothpick). While still warm, top with remaining chocolate, allow to melt, then swirl with toothpick. Enjoy slowly, indulge deeply or wolf down compulsively, whatever your preference!
